1. SMS PROGRAM NAME AND DESCRIPTION

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from RevMethod related to appointment reminders, account and customer service notifications, billing updates, promotional offers, and other transactional or informational messages. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interaction with our services.

2. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text the word STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. REJOINING THE PROGRAM

If you wish to rejoin our SMS program after opting out, you may sign up again through our website in the same manner as your original enrollment, or you may contact us directly at hello@revmethod.com or 804-361-7877. Once you re-enroll, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. HELP INSTRUCTIONS

5. CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We make every reasonable effort to deliver messages promptly, but delivery times depend on the recipient's wireless carrier and other factors that are outside of our control.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless service provider.
